At Pippi Island we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.

EXCHANGE RATES

Orders will be charged in AUD as per your order confirmation. The final transaction charge to your account may vary slightly due to moment by moment exchange rate fluctuations.

CAN YOU LEAVE MY ARTWORK AT THE FRONT DOOR

No, all parcels are sent with express trackage shipping.

Your parcel is registered, this means you will have to sign for the package to receive it, this eliminates theft. If you’re not home to sign for the package, it will be taken to your local post office for pick up and a notice will be left at your front door or mailbox with the pick up or redelivery options.

If parcels aren't collected they are sent back to Pippi Island Australia and a re-delivery fee will have to be charged to you.

WHICH POSTAL SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We use the most premium service Australia post offers (EMS) which uses the international postal service of the country it is going to.

For example: all packages going to the US will go through USPS and you can track your item through USPS.com below is a list of the postal services used for the most common countries, if your country does not have a national postal service it will be delivered through DHL 

  • England - Royalmail.com
  • USA - USPS.com
  • Canada - Canadapost.ca
  • Australia - Auspost.com

LIABILITY OF PIPPI ISLAND

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Pippi Island will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information (NB: PO Boxes not accepted) entered on your order form. 

RETURNED PARCELS

If your parcel experiences issues during transit (customs) and is returned, we will attempt sending the parcel a second time.

If your parcel has been returned to us in Australia due to failure to collect from the Post Office, once returned back to Australia we will contact you, the new additional postage fee is to be covered by the customer. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If damage occurs during shipping please email within 24 hours of receiving your order. To report, please include details of the damage and photo proof to [email protected]

Once we have acknowledged your return, the faulty or damaged product must be shipped back to Pippi Island within 30 days.

Once your product has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

RETURN SHIPPING FOR DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a sculpture back please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot offer a return or refund if the package gets lost in transit.

If we have agreed to cover shipping back for a damaged sculpture during shipping, the maximum refund given will be $60AUD

If parcels are sent back with standard shipping, the shipping cost should fall below that price.

CHANGE OF MIND, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Please take your time when checking out from our website. Once your order has been placed we may not be able to edit, change or cancel before it is shipped. We thank you for your understanding.

We offer a hassle-free 30 day return policy that will be accepted for any reason, that way you can have peace of mind while shopping. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging and returned within 30 days.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please advise of your intention to return your sculpture by email to [email protected]

If you are shipping a sculpture back please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot offer a return or refund if the package gets lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
